All products and services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.
Digital Products
All ready-to-download CAD files and render packages are digital products.
No physical items will be shipped.
Access to files is granted after successful payment.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Payments
Full payment is required before delivery of final files.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
CADS11 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Intellectual Property Rights
All CAD designs, 3D models, renders, and related materials remain the intellectual property of CADS11
unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Upon purchase, customers receive a limited manufacturing license to:
Produce physical jewellery using the purchased CAD files.
Use provided renders for marketing and promotional purposes.
Customers may NOT:
Resell or redistribute CAD files.
Share files publicly or privately.
Upload files to marketplaces.
Claim ownership of original digital designs.
Custom Projects
For custom CAD and rendering services:
Clients must provide clear specifications before project initiation.
Revision limits may apply as per agreement.
Final files are delivered after full payment unless otherwise agreed.
Bulk Services
Bulk projects are subject to:
Confirmed scope and quotation
Agreed delivery timelines
Structured revision policy
Payment terms defined before project start
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital files:
Ready-to-download products are non-refundable.
Custom projects may be cancelled before work begins.
Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to project stage.
Confidentiality
CADS11 maintains strict confidentiality of client designs and project information. We do not share
custom projects without client permission.
Limitation of Liability
CADS11 is not responsible for:
Manufacturing errors caused by production processes.
Modifications made to files after delivery.
Loss or misuse of files once delivered.
Clients are responsible for verifying production suitability before manufacturing.
Modifications to Terms
CADS11 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Refund Policy (Digital Products Protection)
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital CAD files and render packages:
All digital product sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after download access is granted.
Please review product details carefully before purchase.
Custom CAD & Rendering Services
Cancellation is allowed before work begins.
Once project work has started, refunds are not guaranteed.
Partial refunds may be issued at CADS11’s discretion depending on project stage.
Bulk Projects

Licensing Policy
License Grant
Upon purchase, CADS11 grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
Manufacture physical jewellery products using the purchased CAD files.
Use render images for marketing and sales purposes.
Restrictions
Buyers may NOT:
Resell, redistribute, or share raw CAD files.
Upload CAD files to marketplaces.
Claim original design ownership.
Modify and resell digital versions of the files.
Ownership
All original design rights remain with CADS11 unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Manufacturing Responsibility Disclaimer
Effective Date: 1 january 2026
CADS11 provides jewellery CAD designs and rendering services intended for professional manufacturing
use.
While we ensure that all CAD files are created with precision and production standards in mind, CADS11
is not responsible for manufacturing outcomes.
Production Responsibility
The client/manufacturer is fully responsible for:
Casting processes
Metal shrinkage adjustments
Stone setting execution
Polishing and finishing
Final product quality control
CADS11 is not liable for defects arising during production.
File Verification Requirement
Before manufacturing, clients must:
Review and verify all dimensions
Confirm stone sizes
Test prototypes if required
Ensure compatibility with their specific casting process
We strongly recommend prototype testing before bulk production.
Modifications After Delivery
If CAD files are modified by the client or third parties after delivery, CADS11 holds no responsibility for
resulting manufacturing issues.
Limitation of Liability
CADS11 shall not be held liable for:
Production losses
Material costs
Casting failures
Stone loss
Financial losses related to manufacturing
Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the purchased digital product or service.
